Delivery

Customer satisfaction is a priority at GTR Lashes & Beauty. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Shipping is free for orders over $150 before taxes in the United States. For orders under $150 before taxes, a shipping fee of $9.95 + taxes applies.

We offer delivery throughout the United States. All orders are processed and picked up by our carrier within 24 business hours. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11 AM will be shipped the same day. Those placed after 11 AM will be shipped the next business day.

Once your package is picked up by UPS, delivery will be completed within 1 to 5 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number once your order has been shipped.

For any delivery-related issues, please contact UPS. If you encounter difficulties, please inform our customer service at gtrlashesandbeauty@gmail.com for effective resolution.

In case of return due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee of $15 (taxes included) will be charged to the customer.

Unclaimed packages may be reshipped (fees at the customer's expense) or refunded as a store credit.
