✨ REFILL Policy – Time-Based Pricing

Welcome! I’d like to take a moment to explain how my lash fill pricing works, so you know exactly what to expect before your appointment.

Unlike many lash artists who charge based on how many weeks it's been since your last fill (1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, etc.), or by lash type (classic, hybrid, volume), I’ve chosen to charge based on time only. No matter what kind of lashes you wear, or how long it’s been — what matters most is how much time I need to give you a beautiful, full set again.

Time-Based Pricing

• 1 hour – $100
• 1 hour 15 minutes – $115
• 1 hour 30 minutes – $130

You decide the appointment length based on the fullness you want and your budget. The more time we have, the fuller the result will be.

This pricing applies to all lash styles — whether you wear classic, hybrid, or volume.

🧠 Why I Use This System

Over time, I noticed a pattern:
Some clients came in every week and paid very low "1-week fill" prices. But because they didn’t take proper care of their lashes, I had to spend an hour to an hour and a half at every appointment — essentially redoing most of the set. This wasn’t fair to my time or effort.

Meanwhile, some of my regulars came every three weeks, took excellent care of their lashes, and only needed 45 minutes to an hour to look amazing again. But under the traditional pricing system, they were being charged more, simply because more time had passed — even though they required less work.

That didn’t sit right with me.

So I made a change — a system that’s fair, simple, and based on the reality of the work involved.

What This Means for You

• You only pay for the time you need.
• You’re not penalized for going longer between fills if your retention is good.
• You’re not undercharged if your lashes need more work — even if it’s only been a week.

A system that rewards GOOD AFTERCARE

This approach encourages better lash care, and rewards clients who are consistent and careful. If you take great care of your lashes, you’ll likely need less time at your fill — and you’ll save money as a result.

Whether you come every 2 weeks or every 3+ weeks, the condition of your lashes and the look you want are what matter most.

🗓 Final Notes

All fills must be booked within 4 weeks of your last appointment. After that, it will be considered a full set.
